After searching for a new summer home and finding some amazing Blue Ridge Mountain properties, former olympic sailing silver medalist, Stig Wennerstrom and his wife Britt Marie wanted to share their great find with the world. Teaming with their daughter Linda and son-in-law Ed Nunez, they set out to help others build homes in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Upon purchasing their own dream location for some well deserved rest and relaxation, one thing led to another, and Vista Developers was created. Picking only the best Blue Ridge mountain properties, the company is dedicated to the development and sale of upscale, gated communities that blend the best of mountain view home sites with state-of-the-art amenities. They are presently developing properties in four different locations in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
